On Sunday, March 15, Joel Speckman, a former standout at Chaparral High School, contributed to the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets’ 78-60 victory over the St. Mary’s Rattlers during the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The Kenneth E. Burg Center hosted the game at 5 p.m., marking the teams’ first meeting of the tournament.

The Black Hills State Yellow Jackets are scheduled to play their next matchup on Tuesday, March 17, at 6 p.m. at the Kenneth E. Burg Center.
