Residents of Elbert County have representation on the Centennial Airport Community Noise Roundtable (CACNR) through an appointee from the Board of County Commissioners. The CACNR offers residents the opportunity to participate in discussions about airport noise and report concerns directly.

The CACNR’s website, noise.centennialairport.com, provides resources for filing noise complaints, submitting complaints by phone, tracking flight activity, and reviewing information about local noise studies and roundtable meetings. The group aims to work together with communities to address and recommend solutions for noise issues related to Centennial Airport.

According to the CACNR, its mission is “to collaboratively identify and discuss noise issues at Centennial Airport and recommend courses of action that could reduce noise over affected communities.” Residents are encouraged to share their experiences regarding airport noise through the website.
