Brooke Harding, a former player at Rock Canyon High School, and the Colorado Mesa Mavericks secured a 62-58 victory over the UT Tyler Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14.

This first-round matchup tipped off at 4 p.m. at Kitty Magee Arena, marking the Mavericks’ inaugural meeting with the UT Tyler Patriots in the competition.

Colorado Mesa is scheduled to play its next tournament game at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 16, once again at Kitty Magee Arena.
