County Road 150 reopens after one-day culvert replacement project

County Road 150 was closed for a day on Wednesday, November 12, to allow for the replacement of a large culvert. The closure affected the stretch of road north of County Road 33 and south of County Road 29. The closure began at 7 a.m. and was scheduled to end by 5 p.m., with an update later indicating that completion was expected between 5 and 6 p.m.

The closure impacted residents and travelers using CR 33 north of Highway 86, CR 150, and CR 29 south of CR 166. According to officials, “Southbound traffic will be closed at County Road 29 and County Road 154. Northbound traffic will be closed at County Road 33 and Private Road 144.”

Detour routes were provided on a companion map, with officials advising travelers to plan alternate routes during the work period. “Please plan alternate routes accordingly and thank you for your patience and cooperation,” county officials stated.

A subsequent update confirmed that County Road 150 is now open.
