The University of Denver men’s golf team finished in sixth place at the Bandon Dunes Championship in Bandon, Oregon, on March 10. Jack Dozer led the Pioneers with a score of 3-under par, tying for tenth place individually.
The tournament saw Oregon State claim the team title with a score of 31-under par. Oregon finished second at 14-under, and Seattle took third place at 4-under. In the individual standings, Nguyen Anh Minh from Oregon State finished first at 13-under par. Hayden Adams from Penn was second at 8-under, and Rylan Johnson from Oregon State placed third at 7-under.
For Denver, Dozer posted rounds of 69, 73, and 68 for a total score of 210. Santiago Hernandez tied for twenty-third with a score of one-over par (214). Other Denver finishers included Novak (+9), Grant (+10), and Panzarello (+11).
The Pioneers are scheduled to compete next at the Bell Bank Collegiate in Litchfield Park, Arizona, on March 23-24.
