Denver women’s golf to open spring season at FAU Paradise Invitational

The University of Denver women’s golf team is set to begin its spring season at the FAU Paradise Invitational, which will be held at Osprey Point Golf Course in Boca Raton, Florida from February 2 to 4.

The tournament features a field of 16 teams, including host Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Denver, Tulane, Indiana – Bloomington, Cincinnati, Rutgers – New Brunswick, Mercer, Texas Tech, FIU, Kentucky, Clemson, Colorado State, Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee and Notre Dame. The competition will consist of three rounds of 18 holes each. Play starts at 7 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday.

Representing Denver are Logan Hale, Holly Hamilton, Anna Neumayer, Raegan Capizzi, Maren Farbu and Brooke McGlasson (competing as an individual).

Last year at this event, Denver finished seventh overall. Emma Bryant achieved a runner-up result with an 8-under score.
