The University of Denver women’s golf team is in 14th place at 22-over par after completing two rounds of the PING ASU Invitational, according to a Mar. 24 update from the team.
This tournament, held at Papago Golf Course in Phoenix, Arizona, features teams from across the country. Southern California currently leads with a score of 24-under par. Baylor and Arizona State follow in second and third place with scores of 13-under and 10-under respectively.
Individually, Catherine Park from Southern California tops the leaderboard at 10-under par. Elise Lee, also from Southern California, and Pimpisa Rubrong from Arizona State are tied for second at six-under.
For Denver, Anna Neumayer is leading her teammates with a total score of three-over par (71-76–147), placing her tied for 40th overall. Kaitlin Zingler follows at five-over (75-74–149), while Maren Farbu stands at seven-over (77-74–151). Holly Hamilton is eight-over (76-76–152) and Logan Hale completes the group at nine-over (78-75–153).
The final round for the Denver team is scheduled to begin tomorrow morning at nine o’clock Mountain Time.
