A recent community survey in Elbert County drew participation from 925 individuals, marking the highest response rate for a countywide survey in the county’s history. Of those who took part, 94% were residents of Elbert County.
The survey, conducted between July 22 and September 5, 2025, was managed by Kimley Horn, a prominent planning and engineering firm. The survey aimed to gather public input as part of the ongoing update to the County’s Comprehensive Plan.
