On Saturday, March 14, Grace Stanley, a former standout from Legend High School, and her current team, the UCCS Mountain Lions, were defeated 70-59 by the Texas Woman’s Pioneers in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which was the Mountain Lions’ first against the Texas Woman’s Pioneers in tournament play, was held at Kitty Magee Arena at 6:30 p.m.
The Colorado Buffaloes Soccer Team will host six teams at Prentup Field for this year’s annual Colorado Cup on April 12. Admission is free and fans can enjoy a full day of soccer competition among top Front Range programs.
