Rep. Lauren Boebert, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Colorado’s 3rd district since 2021, posted several updates on her social media accounts in early September 2025, addressing issues ranging from a local accident to national energy policy and federal investment in rural water projects.
On September 2, Boebert expressed condolences following an incident in Fort Morgan, stating, “My heart and prayers go out to everyone involved in this tragic accident in Fort Morgan.”
The next day, she commented on legislative efforts related to national energy policy. In a post dated September 3, Boebert wrote, “House Joint Resolution 104 is a critical step towards restoring American Energy Dominance, a cornerstone of President Trump’s agenda to secure our economic and energy future!”
Later that same day, she highlighted new federal funding for rural water infrastructure in her district: “The Trump Administration recently announced two critical water projects in CO-04 will receive funding from the USDA Rural Development Office. Water users in Galeton and Seibert will benefit greatly from these investments. Rural America is worth investing in, I’m glad the Trump”
Lauren Boebert has served as the representative for Colorado’s 3rd District since replacing Scott Tipton in 2021. Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986 and currently residing in Silt at age 36, Boebert has focused much of her tenure on issues affecting both rural communities and broader national policies.
