U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert, who serves Colorado’s 3rd district in Congress, announced federal funding for water and infrastructure projects and highlighted her legislative priorities in a series of recent posts on X.

On February 5, 2026, Boebert expressed gratitude to the Colorado Water Congress for inviting her to speak at their annual convention. She stated, “Thank you to the Colorado Water Congress for inviting me to address your Annual Convention once again this week!

Fighting for clean and reliable water in our district and state is my top legislative priority. I’m so glad to have already delivered tens of millions of dollars in https://t.co/OKSIX02vxt“.

Later that day, Boebert announced new federal support for local projects: “I am thrilled to announce that 13 vital water and infrastructure projects across Colorado’s 4th Congressional District will receive nearly $15 million in federal funding.

I fought hard to secure these funds because our rural communities, families, farmers, and small towns” (posted February 5, 2026).

Lauren Boebert has represented Colorado’s 3rd District since replacing Scott Tipton in 2021. Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986, Boebert currently resides in Silt. Her tenure has focused on issues such as water security and rural infrastructure development.
