Rep. Lauren Boebert, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Colorado’s 3rd district since 2021, voiced strong opposition to a recent bill related to military funding and social policies in a series of posts on December 10, 2025.

In her first post, Boebert criticized continued U.S. financial support for Ukraine, stating: “This bill keeps sending YOUR money to Ukraine’s endless war while our own troops live in moldy barracks. Enough. Charity starts at home, and America’s wallet is not Zelenskyy’s personal ATM.” (December 10, 2025)

She followed up by addressing provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), writing: “And yes, this NDAA still forces women in our military to compete against (and shower with) biological men pretending to be women. Letting men dominate women’s sports and invade their private spaces. Our female troops deserve better.” (December 10, 2025)

In her final post of the series, Boebert reiterated her stance against the legislation: “I didn’t come to Congress to fund foreign wars, force women to lose to men on the field, or watch our military turn into a social-experiment lab. Hard NO on this trash. We can and MUST do better.” (December 10, 2025)

Lauren Boebert began serving as the representative for Colorado’s 3rd District after replacing Scott Tipton in 2021. Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986, Boebert currently resides in Silt.
