The following day, she commented on her actions in the House of Representatives: “My faith says to speak, which is why I asked on the House floor yesterday for a public prayer for both Charlie Kirk and his family as well as the victims of the Evergreen shooting in Colorado. Lauren Boebert has served in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Scott Tipton. She was born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986 and currently resides in Silt at age 36.
