Rep. Lauren Boebert, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Colorado’s 3rd district since 2021, posted several statements on her social media account in mid-April 2026 addressing issues ranging from congressional pensions to surveillance laws and her office location.
On April 14, 2026, Boebert commented on former Congressman Eric Swalwell’s pension, stating: “Eric Swalwell’s pension (which he gets to keep) should be redirected to his victims.”
The following day, April 15, she expressed opposition to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), writing: “When FISA was first passed, America thought we were getting Jack Bauer. Instead, we got Jack Smith. I’M A NO ON FISA.”
Later that same day, Boebert provided information about her office location: “My office is Longworth 1713.”
Lauren Boebert has served in Congress since defeating Scott Tipton in the 2020 election and officially taking office in January 2021. She was born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986 and currently resides in Silt.
