U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert, who serves Colorado’s 3rd district in Congress, used her social media account on March 17, 2026, to advocate for the advancement of the SAVE America Act and to clarify her positions on current legislative matters.
On the morning of March 17, Boebert wrote, “Today is day 33 that the SAVE America Act has 50 co-sponsors. Time to bring it to the floor for a standing filibuster, @LeaderJohnThune!”
Later that day, she expanded on her legislative stance by posting: “I’ve made my positions to House Leadership clear: I’m a NO on all senate bills until they pass the SAVE America Act. I’m a NO on FISA as it stands. I’m a NO on the rule for FISA to boot. Swamp isn’t happy but that’s where I’m at. Pass the SAVE America Act and I MIGHT feel”.
In a separate tweet from the afternoon of March 17, Boebert commented on Senator Katie Britt’s actions in the Senate: “Senator @KatieBrittforAL is BACK AT IT on the floor, giving it to the Dems. **Wait till the end when she looks up and sees C SPAN was on her lol** https://t.co/4OyFfE0FmA”.
Lauren Boebert has represented Colorado’s 3rd District in Congress since replacing Scott Tipton in 2021. Born in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 1986, Boebert currently resides in Silt and continues her legislative work as a member of Congress.
