On Saturday, Nov. 22, former Thunderridge High School standout Richard Okuno’s current collegiate team the Chadron State Eagles lost 17-21 against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The game took place at Carnie Smith Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the tournament.
