On March 6, former Monarch High School athlete Sam Carlson and his current college squad, the Hope Flying Dutchmen, were defeated 75-61 by the UW La Crosse Eagles during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup started at 6:50 p.m. in Mitchell Hall Fieldhouse and was the Hope Flying Dutchmen’s first tournament contest against the UW La Crosse Eagles.
The Colorado Buffaloes Soccer Team will host six teams at Prentup Field for this year’s annual Colorado Cup on April 12. Admission is free and fans can enjoy a full day of soccer competition among top Front Range programs.
