CITY OF LONE TREE: Tunes on the Terrace: Soul-X to be held on August 28, 2020

Concert

City of Lone Tree recently issued the following announcement.

Date:

Friday, August 28, 2020

Terrace Theater - Outdoor

Soul-X has a rare combination of talent, expertise, versatility, showmanship, and fun! Their high energy performance style and exceptional vocals are backed by authentic musicianship. Whether it's current Top 40, Motown, blues, 80s, country, funk, and more, Soul-X impresses with every genre. Colorado's favorite party band will have you dancing in your seat!

Please note NO CHAIRS may be brought into the theater. You may bring blankets or cushions. Also, there can be NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL brought into the theater. This is a State of Colorado regulation and not a policy we can change. We will have wine, beer, and cocktails available for sale.

In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to continue the performance indoors. Patrons will be notified via email should the venue change.

Our reopening is based on mandated guidelines through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment:

FACE COVERINGS

Because the Lone Tree Arts Center is a department of the City of Lone Tree, anyone entering the building is required to wear a face covering, as mandated for all government buildings. Remember to keep your face covering  over your nose and mouth unless you are eating or drinking while seated. If you arrive without a face covering, we’re happy to provide you with one. If you would rather not wear a face covering, you will need to wait to come back until these guidelines are lifted.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please stay at least six feet apart from those not in your party. Decals on the floor will indicate distance so you know where it’s safe to stand when in line for tickets, bathrooms, and concessions.  Please keep six feet apart when using the rest of the lobby.

CLEAN HANDS

Please wash your hands frequently and use the sanitizing stations set up throughout the lobby.

DON’T FEEL WELL?

If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees or you’re not feeling well, please stay home. Our flexible ticketing policy during this time allows for refunds or accounts credits, minus our $4 box office fee.

CONCESSIONS AND PICNICS

Concessions is open and will be only accepting credit cards, NO CASH will be accepted by our bartenders. They will only be selling drinks, no snacks. If you have purchased lawn seats, you are welcome to bring a picnic, but no alcohol or glass bottles are permitted.

SEATING

Seating will be in groups of one, two, and three. Please choose the group that fits your party size. If your party is larger than three, we ask that you break up into groups to fit the seating chart. All seats have been placed in a way that allows for social distancing between parties. Please do not move your seats. If you have purchased seats on the lawn, there will be pre-assigned socially-distanced seating areas marked off for your party; an usher will help you find the area you have been assigned.
