Of the 120 people living in Seven Hills CDP in 2019, 50.8 percent (61) were women and 49.2 percent (59) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Denver News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 26 females and 25 males.
