Of the 222 people living in Mountain Meadows CDP in 2019, 42.8 percent (95) were women and 57.2 percent (127) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Denver News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 68-to-57. In the 65 and over age range, there were 38 females and 37 males.
