The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Joseph Neguse, Joe Neguse for Congress, refunded $5 to Diane Rosenthal on Sept. 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Joe Neguse for Congress has refunded $881 total since April 1.
