Census Bureau: More men than women in Elbert County in 2020

Of the 26,230 people living in Elbert County in 2020, 49.5 percent (12,980) were women and 50.5 percent (13,250) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Denver News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 126. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,134 females and 2,100 males.
