We are excited to share with you our 2023 Program of Work – which is already well underway. However, before we move forward, let’s pause to thank those who have brought us to where we are today. 

First and foremost, on behalf of our board of directors and staff, thanks to all our chamber members for your investment and support of the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association. You are the reason our organization exists.

Thank you to our outgoing board members: Steve Nilsson, Glenwood Springs Ford; Bill Deter, Bank of Colorado; Christian Henny, Hotel Colorado and Ian Exelbert, Glenwood Insurance Agency. These board members were essential in leading the chamber and our business community through very challenging times over the last few years including the pandemic, Grizzley Creek Fire and mudslides. We are incredibly grateful for their service to the chamber and the community.

Thank you to our immediate past chair of the board, Eric Brotherson, human resources manager at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Eric has chaired the board for the past three years. He calmly and steadily led our organization through the challenges mentioned, and he went above and beyond to ensure the success of the chamber and the entire business community.

We are pleased to welcome our new chairperson, Nicole Christianson, senior loan officer with  B: Side Capital & B:Side Fund. We would also like to welcome new board members John Steldriede, Alpine Bank and Kevin Brady, Cooper Wine and Spirits to the board.
