Washington Bears advance after 73-68 victory in NCAA Division III Tournament

Former Monarch High School standout Amelia Rosin helped her current college team, the Washington Bears, to a 73-68 win over the Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 7.

The matchup, which began at 7:15 p.m. in Branch Rickey Arena, marked the first meeting between the Washington Bears and the Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops in the tournament.

Washington Bears will move on to play Friday, March 13 at 8 p.m. at Kolf Sports Center.
